"I was very disappointed with the seats assigned to me. My request was submitted on 4-15-10, the first hour the reservation site opened. Seats in the lower level were available for purchase on 3-14-11 when I checked the Ticketmaster site. I sat two rows from the top of the arena. My credit card was charged for my 8 seats on 7-28-10. Since over $1,800 of my money was held for approximately 7 1/2 months, I expected better seating than I received. Obviously, this event did not sell out in April 2026 or in July 2026 or even the week before the event. I would think that those who committed to the event in April 2026 would receive the best available seating. If there had been more requests for tickets than available tickets, I could understand the need for a lottery. Since that was not the case, why were those who committed first not given the best seats available?
